The single room costs about US$180 per month, and it has its own bathroom. The shared room cost about US$120 per month and you have to share the bathroom.
You will have access to the following:

- Desk
- Bedside table
- Shelf
- Wardrobe or closet
In the common areas
- 1PC with Internet
- Internet connection for your Laptops (US$ 0.32 each hour)
- A living room with TV Cable / DVD equipment
- Kitchen (you can cook and put things in the refrigerator or in the shelves)
- Garden
- Dining room
- Washing machine with 5 kg capacity (You must pay S/. 4 for each time you use the washing machine)
The main strength of La Casa Roja is that you have a quite environment to study, and that it is located at Miraflores, which is one of the most tourist districts.

Apu counts with two student houses, both located at Miraflores. APU 1 is very close to Parque Kennedy and to Larcomar (entertaining center) and can host up to 20 students, APU 2 is also in Miraflores, closer to U.Lima, but a bit far from the center of Miraflores, it can host up to 10 students.
The single room costs from US$185 to US$ 200 per month (This prices vary according to the room's size). The shared room cost US$145 per month.
In both rooms, you have to share the bathroom with other exchange students. You will have access to the following:
